I am Constance Francis-Agalaba, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I manage clients with diverse mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and acute stress. I am passionate about providing quality, empathetic, and comprehensive mental health care to adolescents and adults. As a PMHNP, my role is multifaceted, serving as a medication manager, mental health advocate, therapist, and educator.
I started my career as a Home Health Aide and then earned my Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification at Essex County Vocational School for LPN in New Jersey. I obtained my RN at Excelsior College in New York and my BSN at Clayton State University in Georgia. Finally, I attended Walden University, where I obtained my Master of Science in Nursing degree.
