I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner offering telehealth only medication management to Connecticut residents. I specialize in treating ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar, Binge Eating Disorder, BPD, Depression, PTSD, Insomnia, and various other mental and behavioral health diagnoses. I also provide supportive therapy on a case-by-case basis.

Prior to becoming an APRN, Tricia obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University. Zoey Walker is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, she places great value on patient centered care and believes a team-based healthcare approach uniquely contributes to best practice. She provides medication management support to individuals across the lifespan, who are experiencing challenges related to their mental health. She has extensive experience in providing psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing assessments to determine the right treatment. She provides treatment for numerous mental health disorders to include anxiety, depression, ADHD, Bipolar and acute sleep disturbances.

I am a Yale trained psychiatrist, board certified in general and addiction psychiatry. I am also board certified in addiction medicine and a certified provider of Suboxone. I have extensive experience treating co-occurring disorders and chronic mental illnesses. I provide medication management for mental illnesses including: schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, post partum depression, post traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder. I treat young adults, adults and elders.

Dr. Delima-Tokarz is double Board Certified in Psychiatry and Lifestyle medicine. She has more than five years of experience treating patients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Bipolar, OCD, ADHD, and other mental health issues. She employs pharmacotherapy along with supportive therapy and integrative approaches. Her philosophy includes a healing-oriented approach that considers the whole person, including all aspects of lifestyle. Dr. Delima-Tokarz is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Accepting NEW Child CLIENTS. I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) as well as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). I specialize in children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 5 - 24) who are struggling with mental health issues. I evaluate and treat ADHD, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, OCD, and other psychiatric disorders. I provide psychiatric evaluations and consults, medication management, individual and group therapy, as well as ongoing management.

Dr. Atkins is a staff psychiatrist at Talkiatry. He is board-certified in adult psychiatry and has been in practice for the past 2 years. Dr. Atkins has focused his practice primarily on medication management. He combines medication management with a therapeutic style that is a blend of supportive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. While Dr. Atkins is trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques, he works collaboratively with therapists and may recommend their inclusion as part of your treatment team depending on your individualized treatment plan.
