As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, my focus is providing patient centered, individualized care utilizing medication management. I look forward to getting to know my clients and schedule 60-90 minutes for new intakes and 30 minutes for follow up appointments as I believe becoming familiar with my client is imperative in developing an individualized, personalized treatment plan. I also provide brief supportive therapy at each visit. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar, attention deficit disorder and substance use disorders and work in collaboration with other specialties to treat psychiatric diagnoses.
I have 20 years of experience in the mental health field working with both adolescents and adults. I am able to assess, diagnose and manage the treatment of psychiatric disorders with my primary focus being medication management. I am an active member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and The Association of Private Practice Therapists.
