I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 20 years experience in healthcare and six years experience as a psychiatric provider. Helping people achieve a fuller healthier life is my mission. Just by making the decision to look for a psychiatric provider takes a lot of courage. Coming to the realization that medication may be needed to help achieve a more balanced mood is a good thing.
I believe in a therapeutic alliance and use evidence based treatments to address client concerns and help them on their journey of wellness. I offer medication management services and supportive therapy services. In some cases, one approach alone can give people a significant reduction or resolution of distressing symptoms.
