Dr. Nakshabandi draws from 10 years of psychiatric training experience across a wide range of settings including Harvard Medical School, The University of Chicago, The Department of Veterans Affairs and over 40 different sites across two continents. Dr. Nakshabandi has extensive knowledge on a wide array of therapeutic techniques, medication management algorithms, and complementary approaches to treatment. Kemi is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who manages and treats a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and sleep/insomnia. She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. Kemi completed her associates degree in Nursing from Elgin Community College in 2016, and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2019.

Dr. Gundu Reddy is licensed in Illinois. Prior to starting a residency at Mount Sinai School of medicine, she pursued additional research in HIV Psychiatry. As well as residency training, she has also pursued further training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the NYU Psychoanalytic Institute. She states that whether prescribing medication, family, or relationship therapy, understanding psychodynamic conflict and causes of symptoms will cause help to enhance the quality of care. As well as psychodynamic training Dr. Reddy also has a background in integrative psychiatry and treatment resistance.

I am a Northwestern-trained, board-certified physician psychiatrist with experience treating a broad range of mental health conditions. I utilize evidence-based medication strategies, integrative strategies (exercise, sleep hygiene and psychotherapy) to provide a comprehensive treatment approach that takes the whole person into account.
