The emphasis of my practice is fine-tuning psychiatric medications to enhance mental health recovery. I support a holistic approach to mental health recovery and maintenance. I encourage patients to incorporate mind-body-spirit strategies to heal and thrive. In my work I have witnessed the resilience of the human spirit and am always in awe of the capacity for change and healing within each of us.
In my spare time, I enjoy a creative life, creating mixed media art from found and recycled items and playing my ukulele with my toes in the sand.
