Welcome to Cognitive Care Medical Group (CCMG). CCMG is a psychiatric medical practice consisting of Psychiatrists, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Psychologist with the sole focus of providing mental health care for individuals utilizing evidence based medicine and therapy. CCMG also provides specialized services in TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) for treatment resistant depression, Addiction Treatment (buprenorphine induction and maintenance), Forensic Psychiatry, Disability assessments, and EAP.
CCMG was started by Dr. Heather Knott, who has worked in all levels of mental health (federal, state, private), is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, has served on the Oregon State Mental Health Review Panel, and is an adjunct professor with Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU), Dept. of Psychiatry.
