I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is qualified to practice in psychiatry; diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Some of my practice specialties include, but not limited to, PTSD, ADHD, Personality Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Eating Disorders, and Addictions. I began my career at South Florida State Hospital, as a Mental Health Technician. After working as a Mental Health Technician and seeing how Mental health is affecting the community, my true meaning and purpose of helping came as a vision .

My ideal client is one who needs help enhancing their self esteem and confidence in themselves as well as within relationships. I will help them to increase meaningful relationships through self discovery and acceptance of oneself.

Dr. Teron Verma is a Psychiatrist with Boston Neurobehavioral Associates (BNBA) with a focus on dealing with various mental health pathologies. He is dedicated on helping his clients deal with the myriad of complexities that come with mental health pathologies, and alleviate stigmas in pursuing care. He provides personalized pharmacotherapy as well as psychotherapy to help his clients deal with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, psychotic disorders or any other behavioral disturbances, which the client needs help with during their visit.

Margaret Reyes, PMHNP-BC is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and treats patients at Elevate Psychiatry Coconut Grove. She is validating, friendly, and skilled in psychiatric evaluation and management. Dr. Reyes provides empathy to all her patients and includes traditional approaches as well as cutting-edge treatment modalities to make sure her patients get better!

I offer psychiatric evaluations and medication management for anyone over 16 years of age suffering with symptoms that cause impairment in any aspect of life (e.g., professional, personal, social, self-care). I help my patients manage discomfort due to depression, anxiety, symptoms of bipolar disorder, sleep disorders, attention deficit, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, among others. Dr. Zaidi is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with additional qualifications in Addiction Psychiatry. He completed his Psychiatric Training at MHC - New York Medical College and Training in Addiction Psychiatry at NSUH - New York University School of Medicine. He provides Psychiatric and Addiction Treatment at Operation PAR Detox Facility and Windmoor Hospital. He provided his psychiatric services as a Medical Director at Bay Pines VA Hospital, Boley Centers, Palms of Pasadena Hospital, St. Pete General Hospital and North Side Hospital. Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Tammy Kurecki, ARNP is a new addition to our team.

In my own recent past as Vice-Chair of Medicine at Tampa Community Hospital; and, as a lead resident at Department of Medicine at East Tennessee State University, I saw there was a fairly large gap between the standard of mental care needed by patients and that which was typically delivered in terms of psychotherapy and psychopharmacology.
