I offer psychiatric medication evaluations and treatment and am currently open to new patients. I received my PA Master’s degree at the University of Colorado Child Health Associate/Physician Assistant (CHA/PA) Program in 2020 and have remained in Denver since. I completed my B.S. in Human Biology and B.A. in Art History & Criticism at the University of California, San Diego. Before moving to Colorado, I spent two years as an EMT, followed by two years as a TMS technician. Working in the field of TMS, I naturally gravitated towards psychiatry and have continued to enhance my skills in the field since.

Dr. Denham is board-certified in adult psychiatry and has 25 years of experience with depression and anxiety disorders, PTSD, substance use disorders, dementia, traumatic brain injury, mental symptoms associated with medical conditions, family care, and end-of-life treatment. Dr. Denham's practice combines medication management with functional and integrative medicine principles, combined with supportive therapy in 30-45 minute follow up visits. She strongly encourages her patients to continue learning about foundational health and wellness and can provide resources for obtaining quality information.

Hi, I'm Mary Chamberlain. I have a deep passion for mental well-being. In my practice, my goal is to assess the whole person, not just a diagnosis. Our provider, Amie Hart, PA-C, attended Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona and completed a Master of Medical Science degree with an emphasis in primary care Physician Assistant Studies. She has additional certification in the specialty of psychiatry and has over 10 years of psychiatric experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, primarily in underserved and rural areas. Amie is an experienced prescriber but is also dedicated to looking beyond basic medication management to create an individualized approach that considers and addresses the whole person. Amie is based out of our Delta, CO office.

I have over 13 years of nursing experience and have worked in numerous settings including medical oncology, med surg, surgery, infusion therapy, and nurse navigation. My most recent position before joining Mindful Minds Psychiatry, I worked as a registered nurse on an acute inpatient psychiatric unit where we treated adult patients with various mental health disorders including mood, anxiety, psychotic illnesses, substance use, and disorders requiring acute stabilization.

Dr. Cindy Rossetti is board certified in Adult Psychiatry. She has been practicing for over 13 years. Dr. Rossetti received her medical degree from The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. She completed her general psychiatry residency at University of Kentucky in Lexington where she was chief resident. She worked at Eastern State Hospital in Kentucky treating severe and persistent mental illness. I am psychiatry physician assistant. I see medication management patients, just like a Psychiatrist would, and are currently open to new patients. I am a Certified Physician Assistant who graduated from Midwestern University. I am originally from Phoenix, Arizona who decided to get out of the heat and move to Denver in 2019. I work mainly with young adults, however I like working with people across all spans of life. I deal with patients of varying disorders, including anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADD/ADHD, OCD, and PTSD.

Dr. Lyman is a board-certified psychiatrist who values the lived experience of every individual seeking treatment. She completed her undergraduate studies at Stanford University, received her MPH from University of Hawai'i, Manoa and graduated with her MD from the John A. Burns School of Medicine. She completed her residency training in Psychiatry at the Queens Medical Center, where she served as chief resident.
