After 20 years as an ICU Nurse, I decided to change my direction and treatment focus by integrating mental health with the physical aspects to support a holistic approach to patient wellness. I advocate good nutrition, exercise, and decreasing inflammation to treat both mental and physical problems. The most important aspect in a therapeutic relationship is working together in helping you reach your goals. I'm not like other providers you may have seen before.
