Trained at Harvard, Johns Hopkins, and the University of Pennsylvania, I have been in the clinical practice of psychiatry, psychotherapy, and psychopharmacology in the Philadelphia area for over forty years, and provide crisis-intervention, consultation and short- and long-term therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have extensive experience in the treatment of psychosomatic and eating disorders, depression and suicidal behavior, anxiety, psychosis, sexual and physical abuse, and addictions, among other problems, and also provide consultation and ongoing clinical supervision for mental health professionals of all disciplines.

I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

Yun Mi is board certified in psychiatry. She offers diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and genetic testing services to those 18+. She believes in providing patient-led care in an environment that is validating, compassionate, and free of judgment. Yun Mi is a firm believer that diagnoses do not define an individual. Her approach to psychopharmacological treatment is evidence-based, individualized, and collaborative. She takes her time to provide optimal care, and her overall goal is to help her patients achieve psychological well-being and the quality of life they deserve. I am a board certified, Harvard trained psychiatrist with a private practice in the Mainline seeing patients both in the office and online using a leading telepsychiatry platform. P.S. Psychiatry is a private psychiatry practice serving Doylestown and all of Pennsylvania. Our offices are located in the center of Doylestown Borough in the Historic Landmark Building. We work in-person and virtually. Dr Kho and Eileen Peirce work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults. I treat patients with a wide variety of problems. My treatment is tailored to the individual needs of my patients and includes psychotherapy and the prescription of medication. Treatment is in a private and confidential setting. The first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, lasting about 75 minutes. At the end of the evaluation, recommendations for treatment will be discussed. If there are medical issues, I will collaborate with other physicians as needed, and with your consent. Follow-up appointments will be arranged and scheduled as needed. Office hours are Monday through Friday by appointment, with some evening hours available.

Dr. Tenesa Rivera is a board certified psychiatrist. She obtained her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, completing the Women's Health Education Pathway. She trained in the psychiatry residency program in psychiatry at Temple University Hospital. Dr. Rivera then sub-specialized in the treatment of children through a fellowship at Jefferson University Hospital in child and adolescent psychiatry, where she served as a chief fellow.
