Hello, my name is Michael Volodarskiy, APRN, PMHNP-BC. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I take a holistic approach to client care, emphasizing collaboration and evidence-based individual treatment plans. With an additional certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I have worked in a variety of settings including primary care practice, community mental health centers, and inpatient and outpatient co-occurring MH/substance use facilities. My main focus is clients with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I value open communication and believe it is crucial to actively participate in the client's mental health journey.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist providing diagnostic evaluations, medication management and psychotherapy for the general adult population. After finishing medical school, I completed my Psychiatric residency in 2016 at Howard University in Washington, DC where I served as chief resident in my senior year. Since then, I have worked in a variety of different settings including inpatient, outpatient, community center and forensics.

Dr. Tintorer went to medical school at New Jersey Medical School, and went on to begin a residency in surgery before deciding that a career in psychiatry was where she wanted to be. She did her general psychiatry training at St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Center in Manhattan, then her Child and Adolescent Fellowship at St. Luke's Roosevelt Medical Center in Manhattan. She has rotated through a therapeutic school in NYC, worked in a substance abuse clinic in Brooklyn, and worked with psychiatric inpatient and outpatient children and adults in both NY and NJ. She has been in practice in Monmouth County since 2010.

She completed her training in Child Psychiatry at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center-Westchester Division. She provides psychiatric services to children, adolescents and adults. We have several licensed clinicians with extensive clinical experience in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, and private practice working with adults, adolescents, children and families. Our warm, highly qualified professionals are dedicated to providing quality, goal-oriented care tailored to your individual needs using a variety of patient-centered approaches.

Dr. Adetunji is Board Certified in General Adult Psychiatry, Forensic Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine and Psychological Medicine. He was trained in Psychiatry in England (At the prestigious Guys and St Thomas’s Hospital, London) as well as in USA (Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia). He completed fellowship training in Forensic Psychiatry at the New York University Medical Center. Dr Adetunji is well versed in addiction medicine and child and adolescent psychiatry. He is certified to prescribe Buprenorphine (Suboxone) for opioid addiction.

Collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, she aims to promote holistic well-being and resilience in the face of mental challenges.

Ideally my patient is as invested in their care as I am. They could have a variety of diagnoses but the thing they have in common is they are willing to give the process time, are open to new ideas, and know there is no magic pill to fix all their problems. My patients want to get to the best version of themselves and are willing to try therapy as well as medications to help them reach that goal. My patient wants an empathetic, listening provider who can guide their care based on the evidence, but tailored to their individual needs.

As Human beings, life throws various challenges at us. Many times we use our support system, and our coping skills to handle them. At, other times these strategies are not enough. Maybe chronic stress, trauma, or even an underlying genetic cause is leading us to develop symptoms suggestive of a mental health condition like Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar depression or PTSD, etc. Whatever the reason, it's ok to struggle.
