All appointments are held virtually and our focus is on your journey in building and managing a healthier you. As a dual Board Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health and Primary Care I am compassionate about the individual needs of each patient and together we will design a customized and comprehensive care plan for your continued care.

We are accepting new pediatric and adult clients in North Carolina and Virginia. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of experience in psychiatry treating Autism, personality disorders, and mood disorders. The care provided includes solution-focused therapy, medication support, and psycho-education. My primary areas of interest include positive and supportive psychology, optimizing human performance, and evidence-based methodologies in psychiatry. I collaborate with my clients to help discover personal treatment goals and formulate a mutually agreed-upon strategy for treatment.

I truly care about my patients. I am a Certified Integrative Medicine Provider with a deep passion for functional & holistic medicine modalities. I seek to find root causes while using medication as a tool. I offer both telehealth & in-person appointments (including after-hours). I treat a wide variety of mental health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, psychosis, & addiction, including the use of Suboxone.
