I work with adults 18 years to the end of life who are struggling with stress, trauma, sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health challenges. I will work with you all the way to achieve a sustainable goal.
My journey to becoming a provider stems from losing a loved one to a healthcare condition. I braced myself despite all odds with the intention to turn my hurt into hope for another person, so my experience would not be repeated. This is why I do what I do and continue to love it.
