Welcome dear clients! I am an open, caring, and intuitive psychiatric provider who works well with clients of all backgrounds. On top of eleven years experience as a nurse practitioner and fourteen as a psychiatric nurse, I have a PH.D. in English and am skilled in communicating. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management. My client and I set up meaningful and workable therapeutic goals and then go about attaining them. I treat all mood disorders, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, OCD, Psychosis, and Trauma. I am certified EMDR and am skilled in Parts Therapy and mindfulness.
I easily attune to the needs of my client and offer both psychotherapy and medication management. I work well with clients who suffer from ADHD. LGBTQ+ clients are welcomed warmly here as are clients who have complex and other forms of trauma
