As a registered nurse for almost 25 years and an advanced practice psychiatric mental health nurse for 20 years, I have had the opportunity of helping individuals achieve behavioral changes that have resulted in lasting improvements in their lives. I provide a holistic approach with a focus on the mind-body connection.
