To have time to gather sufficient background information when treating individuals 18 and under, Chudney prefers to meet with the individual’s parent(s) or guardian(s) first for a 45-minute evaluation, then meet with the individual and parent(s) or guardian(s) together, about one – two weeks later for a second 45-minute evaluation.
She is committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for her patients, where they can feel comfortable opening up and discussing their mental health concerns. Chudney’s ultimate goal is to help her patients achieve optimal mental health and wellbeing, so they can live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
