After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California at Davis, Dr. Chofla earned his medical degree from Midwestern University: Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Biography: I completed my master’s degree in nursing at the University of North Carolina in Greensboro, followed by a post-master’s degree in Family Nursing Practice (FNP) and a doctoral degree in nursing practice (DNP) at Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina. I also completed a post-doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health practice (PMHNP) (across the lifespan) at Frontier Nursing University in Kentucky.
