I have over thirty-five years of delivery of care to a diverse group of patients in various clinical settings ranging from clinics, office practice, and partial hospital settings to inpatient psychiatry. My philosophy is to work collaboratively with the patient and family. I believe strongly in the power of connecting, that no one is defined by their diagnosis or symptoms, and attention must be paid to the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of treatment for lasting recovery.

I customize the treatment plan to each patient's needs using psychotherapy, medication, EMDR, CBT, group therapy, self-compassion and mindfulness. Clients feel empowered to reach their highest potential in personal relationships, life and work. I work with adults across the lifespan and young adults launching into independence and finding meaningful work and relationships.

Christain Chidiadi, is a clinician with over Fifteen years experience in behavioral and Mental health. I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner across the lifespan. I obtained my Bachelor and Master's of science in nursing degree from University of Hartford and Walden University respectively. Holistic behavioral health of Connecticut LLC. is a healing / recovery-based practice in which clients, across the lifespan with varying degrees of behavioral/mental health illnesses are managed.

I specialize in children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 5 - 24) who are struggling with mental health issues.
