I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of experience in healthcare. I specialize in assisting children, teens, and adults with various mental health conditions including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, schizoaffective disorder, behavioral challenges, and personality and mood disorders. I also specialize in the senior adult population to include management of individuals with dementia/Alzheimer's.
I use my professional and personal experience helping individuals with mental health concerns to promote mental wellness by applying evidence-based practices to develop plans of care that focus on the concerns of the client and the achievement of positive outcomes.
