I started my career in behavioral health almost 20 years ago and have continued to expand my knowledge as a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner. I graduated from Keuka college with a masters in nursing education in 2014 and went on to receive my PMHNP from Binghamton University in 2016 with high honors. My specialty area ranges across the lifespan with areas of interest including child, adolescent, LGBTQ, sexuality, trauma and general wellness. I keep up to date with evidence based practice and advocate fiercely for my patients. I welcome everyone into my office not with judgement but with hope and compassion.
I offer medication management with light therapy options. I encourage all patients to have a therapist and if you do not have one we can certainly direct you to the appropriate place!
