I work a lot with people who care for everyone else: nurses and other healthcare professionals, first responders, teachers, caregivers, and individuals with lived experience of suicide. I also see other adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, or suicidal thoughts.
My approach is practical, trauma-informed, and collaborative. We’ll look at what life actually feels like right now, your history, and what you’ve already tried. When we talk about medication, I explain options in plain language and we decide together what makes sense.
I am passionate about this work because I have witnessed the power of hope and healing in transforming lives. My mission is to empower others to overcome their struggles, embrace their strengths, and find purpose and meaning in their journeys. Helping others discover their resilience inspires me every day.
