My mission is to provide the most effective mental health care possible, customized to your unique situation and goals, using talk therapy, medication, or a combination of both. In my training at Yale I learned both psychodynamic and dialectical behavior therapy to help clients with relationships, anxiety, traumatic experiences, depression, work related stress, and more.
I aim to separate myself from other psychiatrists with patience, personalized service, thoroughness, and knowledge of not just prescribing medication but passion and skill for therapy as well.
Televideo appointments are available if appropriate for the treatment. I accept several insurance plans thru Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Aetna, and for other plans I will provide superbills if you request them. You may request an appointment thru a link on my website.
