At the same time, my medical background allows me to incorporate medications when necessary.
I have completed specialized training in both general psychiatry (Mt Sinai) as well as psychosomatic medicine (Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center), a subspecialty that focuses on the interaction between physical illness and mental health. I am a board-certified psychiatrist and Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at several New York hospitals.
