My background includes years working in high-acuity ICU environments, military medicine, and trauma-exposed populations. Those experiences shaped my approach to care — calm, direct, collaborative, and focused on helping people function better in real life, not just “check boxes” on a symptom list.
I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive therapy for adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related conditions. I work especially well with professionals, healthcare workers, first responders, service members, veterans, and their families.
