About
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to equitable mental health care for people of all ages and backgrounds. I provide psychotherapy, medication management and buprenorphine treatment. I specialize in helping people overcome substance use disorders, trauma, psychedelic integration, depression and anxiety. I have Intermediate level training in Somatic Experiencing Therapy. I take a harm reduction approach with substance use, centering the client's own goals for their wellbeing, whether that includes abstinence or not.
We’ll work together, one step at a time, to overcome what’s standing between you and a more meaningful, easeful life. Therapy shouldn’t be intimidating, which is why I’m here to support you on your journey with compassion and warmth.
