I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and whole-person counseling. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we’ll explore how sleep, physical health, and stress regulation impact your mind. Using psychopharmacology, trauma-informed care, and practical tools, we'll build a real-world plan tailored to you.
Our first visit is a relaxed 90-minute in-person intake where I will take time to understand your history, worries, and strengths. We will explore treatment options and create a plan tailored to your unique needs together as a team. Through integration of curiosity, patience, and humor, I strive to make this process feel approachable and stress-free.
