My clients come from a variety of economic and cultural backgrounds, some with a history of complex PTSD. The majority of my career, I've worked in settings serving the LGBT+/SGM communities. My goal is providing a secure, judgement free space for clients to reflect and express themselves while exploring self-generated emotional growth. Cultivating a sense of personal well-being is a dynamic process conditioning our capability to regulate our response to stressors- internal and external. The fast-paced nature advancing contemporary society generates a profound sense of disconnection from our emotional needs. Reconnection is vital.
As a board-certified psychiatric NP, I spent 5 yrs serving rural and urban residents through out-patient care. Now, I am focusing on individualized medication management, and integrative treatments such as ketamine for depression, chronic pain, and trauma. My goal is to include other psychedelic treatment options in the future such as MDMA and psilocybin.
To promote accessibility, I am in-network with most major insurances and provide a flexible sliding scale. I offer telehealth visits, but can accommodate some in-person appointments if needed. My goal is establish a more permanent office so I can continue safely providing ketamine to clients in a calm, convenient, and confidential setting.
