Seeking mental health care can feel overwhelming, whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, mood changes, or simply don't feel like yourself. I work with children (6+), teens, and adults to provide thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care. I provide thoughtful, patient-centered psychiatric care using a collaborative, trauma-informed approach. I work with patients age 6 through 65, creating personalized plans that may include medication, education, and brief therapy to help you feel more steady and supported. I have a special interest in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
