My approach to care is holistic, compassionate, and collaborative. I use an integrated care model, drawing on my training as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, to address concerns across the lifespan. Care may include therapy and or medication management.
I help individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted by offering compassionate, integrated mental health support. As a dually certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I address the connection between emotional well-being, physical health, and life stressors.
