Helping people feel better when they are struggling with ADHD and mood disorders, trauma and PTSD brings me joy. My passion is easing the neuropsychiatric symptoms of Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and other autonomic nervous system dysfunctions (dysautonomia). I treat the comorbid psychiatric symptoms of chronic illness and pain. Further, I love helping women with their mental health. Perimenopausal and menopausal women navigate changes in their mood, focus, and function through this critical time in life and not enough provider's acknowledge these issues.
I love data and research. In my practice, I utilize current scientific literature, as well as my experience. I have a depth of knowledge of complex neuropsychiatric conditions; I spend equal time keeping up with ADHD and mood disorder. I do not know or cannot find in the scientific research, we will work with together to find the right solution for YOU.
