I love when previous patients of mine from a previous clinic find me. I am alwaystaking on new patients as well, I would love to work with you to help you feel your best. I like to work on the basics as well as try things that you may not have thought of before. We want to work on the whole person and not just one aspect of them. The most common conditions I work with are Depression, Anxiety, Mood instability, Insomnia and ADHD. I have a lot of experience with bipolar and psychotic disorders. In our first session we will get a full picture of your life and your goals to address what concerns you most while still identifying other ways you can improve. I see clients age 16 and up.

I want to work together with you as a team and be able to empower you to make great decisions and live your life to the fullest. I am here to work with you, not tell you what to do.
