I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a focus on medication management. I specialize in Major Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Obsession/Compulsions, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, my training and education brings together medicine and the holistic care of nursing. I work with adolescents and adults in this private practice in Seal Beach, CA. As a holistic provider the focus is on each of the dimensions of your health including physical, behavioral, emotional, spiritual and social.
The aim is to tune into your strengths and activate changes in your wellbeing to promote growth and healing. My approach is nonjudgmental and caring. We offer genetic testing as well as testing for ADHD when appropriate. The initial evaluation is intended to gather as much information needed to develop a plan.
My goal is to develop a clinical alliance with each patient to move forward with your healing. Our practice is open Monday-Friday with hours to assist you. The office is comfortable and professional to help you feel safe.
