Dr Chinedu Okafor is a Board-Certified Psych/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is also a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has over 23 years of combined advanced practice and Registered Nurse experience, including experiences in Adult Care, Geriatrics and Home Health, Children Medical/Surgical Care, Newborn Nursery, Neonatal ICU, and Psych/Mental Health. Dr Chinedu Okafor believes in a holistic approach to health. She recognizes that all aspects of an individual’s health affect one another and must not be ignored.
