As a certified Nurse Psychotherapist I offer many of the traditional modalities of psychotherapy like psycho-education, mindfulness training and cognitive behavior therapy. I can also assess, diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders and provide education on medication management, nutrition, development stages and physical illness.
In my practice I use evidence based practices to maximize outcomes and match clients with the right treatment. I believe that a skillful combination of talk therapy, emotional support and family work can bring about change in behavior, relief from symptoms and realization of potential.
