Hi, I’m Chigozie “Blessing” Amaefuna, and I know how heavy life can feel when mental health challenges seem to take over your day-to-day. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or hopeless—unsure if things can ever change. My role is to help you rediscover hope, calm, and strength in a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. My passion for mental health comes from both personal and professional places. Having walked through my own journey with depression, anxiety, & trauma, I understand how important it is to feel supported and not alone.
As a mother of a child with autism, I also advocate for awareness and acceptance both inside and outside the office. Outside of work, I love creating through arts & crafts, sewing, & giving back through community service.
