When we first meet, I take a holistic approach to your intake. I am board-certified as a holistic nurse and nurse coach by the American Holistic Nurses Association. I believe in partnering with you, honoring your autonomy, and meeting you exactly where you are in your mental health journey. I have over 15 years of experience as a nurse, being an advocate.
Like many people, the pandemic became a turning point in my life. As an only child, mother, nurse, and wife, I spent years doing everything for others. I felt exhausted, overweight, mentally numb, and on autopilot. When life slowed down, I finally had space to reflect and make changes.
