About
My practice is currently full. I am familiar with the challenges experienced by communities of Color, academics, women at transitions in life, and individuals experiencing parenting and relationship challenges. I also see children with anxiety, depression, ADHD and autism spectrum disorder between the ages of 5 & 12.
I look forward to working closely with you as we develop a pathway toward improved health and confidence. Sometimes, we struggle through personal crises and everyday frustrations. I work best with people who are interested in improving their ability to interact well with others, and to work toward finding acceptance and peace in their everyday lives.
Therapeutically, I work to maximize non-pharmacological therapies, and, when possible, try to minimize medication use. However, when necessary, I am direct with you about considering medication as another tool to help alleviate your symptoms and distress. I look forward to working with you on your journey of self-discovery and improved mental health!
