My name is Chelsey Mondy, and I am a PMHNP who has a passion for helping others on their mental health journey. This journey is unique to every client, so my role is to help determine your treatment goals and formulate a plan that helps you achieve those goals. I provide patient-centered, individualized care, where clients are encouraged to be active participants in a treatment plan that not only includes medication but also addresses their concerns, mind, body, and soul.
In our first session, you can expect an in-depth assessment that includes a review of past treatment, a medical history and physical examination, current symptoms that need to be addressed, and your wishes for your treatment outcomes.
I feel my greatest strengths as a provider are my listening skills and empathy. I provide clients with an opportunity to voice concerns about treatment and become an active part of their treatment plan.
