My goal is to teach realistic coping skills and means to improve wellness. Treatment may include coping skills building, gaining insight, supportive therapy, and medications (when necessary). I have added experience in OCD, anxiety, and panic disorders as well as working with young adults and parents with children experiencing medical/health issues. I hope to assist individuals to wellness efficiently and believe both long-term and short-term active treatment can be successful.
