My areas of focus include postpartum depression, high-functioning anxiety, burnout, and other mental health concerns women face. I'll work with you to become the best version of yourself. My medication approach is integrative and holistic - I incorporate vitamins/supplements, sleep interventions, physical activity, mindfulness approaches, and more.
