No insurance accepted; sorry No Medicare/Medicare. I take payment ($500 first visit, $300 following visits), cash or check at time of service. I use a combination of weekly CBT & insight-oriented therapy; meds only when needed. It is in the clients best interest when psychotherapy and medication are accomplished by one professional. I provide you a receipt.
