Kurtt is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with extensive experience treating children, adolescents, and young adults. His holistic approach focuses on a comprehensive diagnosis with personalized treatment plans which may include medication recommendations or other evidence-based practices. He specializes in ADHD, depression and anxiety disorders, trauma, OCD and other mental health concerns. After the initial intake, I am available statewide via Video Teleconference and can prescribe electronically to any pharmacy.
While psychologists primarily focus on talk therapy, as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I integrate therapeutic techniques with a strong emphasis on medication management. I believe the most effective care is collaborative—where therapy and medication work hand-in-hand to support the whole person.
