As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I enjoy getting to know each client and helping them learn to grow through life's obstacles. I am passionate about helping clients reach their full potential. I work alongside each client and help them with anxiety, depression, insomnia, bipolar disorder, and various other mental health conditions, taking into consideration each client's personal needs. I will help guide patients through therapy, lifestyle modifications, and medication management, which can improve their overall mental and physical health. I do not prescribe stimulant medications.

I am a PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) and also dual certified as an FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner). I believe in treating clients holistically, incorporating lifestyle changes, regular therapy, supplements, exercise, and, when necessary, adding medications.
