Hello, I'm Chandra. I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner based in Minnesota and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I am currently available to see ages 16-65 for medication management services related to Mood disorders like Depression and Bipolar, Anxiety disorders like Generalized anxiety and OCD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, ADHD, Binge Eating Disorder and psychotic disorders. I also do some mindful therapy with Binge Eating Disorder in addition to brief psychotherapy and psychoeducation during medication management appointments.
My communication style is direct and informative. I want my clients to feel heard and free from judgment. I also want them to be an active participant in their own healing process, and I strive to provide a variety of options and enough information, so they are able to make educated decisions about their treatment and plan of care.
Goals are unique and individualized. We will review your goals and look at realistic ways to achieve the achievable, whether this is through medications, non-traditional approaches, or additional service referrals.
