I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner who works with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood concerns, trauma, and the long-term effects of stress. I help clients make sense of what’s happening and feel more supported, informed, and confident in their care.
My approach is collaborative and trauma informed. We look at how sleep, stress, physical health, and life experiences shape mental health. Medication management is thoughtful and individualized, with a focus on the least amount needed and openness to reducing or stopping medication when it’s no longer helpful.
