I am deeply committed to providing individualized care to those experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disturbances, and sleep disorders. I work with individuals across the lifespan with mental health concerns who are seeking stabilization, symptom management, and improved overall functioning. I believe that healing begins with being heard.
