My patients often describe the feeling of finally being seen. That is deliberate. I begin with a truly comprehensive 3-hour evaluation—because accurate formulation requires time and depth. Most have seen multiple psychiatrists before finding me. They are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who know they are complex: overlapping or contradictory diagnoses, meds that stopped working, or received treatment that improved symptoms but still didn’t feel understood. They come seeking a psychiatrist who takes time to gather a complete picture—integrating developmental experiences that shape each person’s response to their life.
I don’t do 15-min med visit. Trained at Johns Hopkins I practice psychiatry as it was intended—seeing the whole person to build individualized care integrating research-based dTMS, psychopharm and therapy. Our>95% remission rate is shown by meaningful life changes: ending toxic relationships, drinking less with restored sleep, exercise&healthy eating habits.
If you’ve struggled to find answers elsewhere or your experience doesn’t fit standard categories, I understand how isolating that can feel. My practice offers the time and depth that complex cases require—integrating neuromodulation, psychopharm, and therapy for recovery that is measurable, meaningful, and sustained.
