Hi there, I'm Cecilia! I am is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with training treating patients with psychiatric disorders. I began my career in business administration after graduating from the Virginia Commonwealth University but followed her passion into nursing. After several years working as a nurse in different healthcare settings, I decided to specialize in mental health because of my personal experience with a loved one.
I provide care using collaborative care model and a holistic approach for both mind and body. I also provide supportive therapy as needed using CBT model. I am a compassionate and result-driven professional whose work philosophy is individualized and patient-centric.
I work with my clients using a collaborative care model to come up with the best treatment plan that's attainable. Our first visit is getting to know each other and completing a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation.
