Hello, I am an Adult and Consultation-Liaison psychiatrist and the founder of Alverdia Health! It would be my pleasure to work with you to address your behavioral needs. My goal is to work collaboratively with your primary care provider to help you flourish. At Alverdia Health, I utilize a holistic person-centered approach to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive and evidence-based care. I take pride in helping our patients achieve better quality of life and increase their sense of well-being.
We help patients who struggle with acute anxiety, depression, life stressors and burn-out. We are behaviorally oriented and often combine medication with evidence-based, non psychopharmacology approaches. I see adults from 21 - 65. I provide Telepsychiatry to patients residing in Massachusetts.
